Vision

PARTNERS ACHIEVING SUCCESS (PAS) a – nonprofit organization focused on partnership development with a reach to a broad spectrum of people, firms and corporations (public/private sectors) with an emphasis to build collaborations through partnerships. We strive to enhance training and provide blended resources to increase opportunities for a defined purpose for students, organizations and educational institutions.  We want to provide a platform which people, federal and private sector can collaborate to bridge/integrate resources and create new and/or increase opportunities toward a unified community of stakeholders with common goals. The “105 Voices Of History” is a HBCU National Initiative managed by PAS created to promote diversity in America’s national venues and to link students’ skills across industries.  Our vision includes providing a National Platform to increase the exposure of ALL HBCUs to diverse audiences and its many constituents, from corporate America to the youngest students, who will be attracted by the Choir’s performances to pursue higher education. The National initiative provides a forum for the HBCUs and partners to share knowledge and collaborate on ideas for program development among their Colleges/Universities.  Most valued, these initiatives will assist to continuously build capacity – A National Initiative provides the HBCUs a National Voice to increase their visibility of their valued talent and legacies.
